A RIDE THROUGH NATURE – CYCLING WITHOUT AGE
Cycling Without Age is about feeling the wind in your hair, connecting generations, and enjoying the outdoors! Based in Roath, we offer free, relaxing rides for people with limited mobility. Trishaw rides are slow, social, and serene!

We are back for autumn 2024
Join us as we embark on an exciting journey this autumn at Frame Running Dragons Cardiff.
We can’t wait to share our passion for frame running with you. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to the sport, there is a place for everyone here.

Frame Runners set Sail
We sailed away on Sealegs2,
A catamaran, what a view!
From Neyland down the Estuary’s tail,
To the charming harbour town of Dale.
Mid-morning sun kissed our faces,
Tea in hand, we took our places.
Captain Jim and Skipper Dave,
Guided us across the gentle wave.
We moored at Dale for a bite or two,
A picnic feast, ice-cream in view!
Then back aboard, with sun to bask,
Or at the helm, a thrilling task.
Up went the sails, but the breeze was light,
Still, we soaked in every sight.
By 4pm, back to Neyland we glide,
Relaxed and happy, with smiles wide!
